1. Entry & Admission

 

• Entry to Mango Club is subject to venue capacity, management discretion, and compliance with all venue policies.

• Valid photo ID may be required for entry. Mango Club operates as an 18+ venue.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any patron for any reason, including intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to comply with venue rules. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

 

 

2. Tickets & Bookings

 

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

• Tickets are valid only for the date and event specified.

• Mango Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused tickets.

• Resale of tickets for commercial gain is prohibited unless authorised.

 

 

3. Booths & Packages

 

• Booth and table packages include entry allocations as specified at the time of purchase.

• Entry allocations cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred to another date.

• Late arrival may result in forfeiture of booth or table access.

 

 

4. Event Changes

 

• Mango Club reserves the right to alter event details including artists, set times, or programming without notice.

• Changes to line-ups or schedules do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

 

 

5. Dress Code

 

• A dress code may apply for certain events. Entry is at management’s discretion.

• Mango Club reserves the right to update dress standards at any time.

 

 

6. Responsible Service & Behaviour

 

• Mango Club practices responsible service of alcohol.

• Excessive intoxication, aggressive behaviour, or illegal activity will result in removal from the venue.

• Patrons enter and remain on the premises at their own risk.

 

 

7. Photography & Media

 

• By entering Mango Club, you consent to being photographed or filmed.

• Images and footage may be used for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes without compensation.

 

 

8. Promotions, Giveaways & FloSale

 

• Promotions, giveaways, and competitions (including FloSale offers) are subject to additional terms as specified at the time of entry.

• Mango Club reserves the right to verify entries and determine winners at its discretion.

 

 

9. Liability

 

• Mango Club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• To the extent permitted by law, Mango Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while on the premises.
